What to Expect:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
  • Navigating Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
  • Scheduling technician appointments to minimize drive time and recommending alternative routes as needed
  • Utilizing listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
  • Maintaining accurate customer database, including call details and payment information

What's Required:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
