As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interacting with our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate assistance through live chat.   • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute
