Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers warmly and professionally, setting the tone for an exceptional experience
• Assisting customers with parking procedures and shuttle services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience
• Maintaining facility security and upholding company standards, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our customers and staff
• Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our services, showcasing your expertise and knowledge
• Processing payments and assisting with customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery, working together to exceed customer expectations
• Performing additional duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and overtime, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions, ensuring you're comfortable and capable in a fast-paced environment
