Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Development Engineer to join our Devices Customer Service Technology team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying software solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of our devices and digital products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define engineering best practices, provide technical mentorship, and champion customer needs. Key Responsibilities As a Software Development Engineer on our Devices Customer Service Technology team, you'll have the opportunity to: * Solve large-scale and difficult engineering problems with elegant and practical code * Work across teams to help define engineering best practices and standards * Provide technical mentorship to other members of the engineering team * Design and build software for mobile, front-end clients, and server systems * Create services using GenAIA * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions * Participate in agile development strategies and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy work environment A Day in the Life As a Software Development Engineer on our Devices Customer Service Technology team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that impact millions of customers around the world. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
