Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Actively listening to and understanding customer needs and concerns
  • Providing personalized solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs
  • Processing new and amended enrollments, including policy changes and cancellations
  • Ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their interaction with arenaflex
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
