Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a steady stream of images.
* Identifying document types based on the provided documentation.
* Reviewing and verifying data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards.
* Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards.
* Interacting professionally with other staff as needed.
* Providing recommendations for process improvements.
* Completing daily tasks and performing other basic office duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay and Schedule
* $12 per hour
* Part-time and full-time positions available, with a preference for full-time.
* Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
* Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have:
* Ability to multitask and stay focused.
* High attention to detail and efficiency.
* Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions.
* Must maintain client data confidentiality.
* Proficient in reading and speaking English.
* Typing requirements: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy or 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy.
