Role Description

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints via phone calls. You will work closely with our team to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and follow established communication scripts when handling different topics. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every caller feels valued, heard, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer complaints via phone calls

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and follow established communication scripts
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize basic troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues (e.g., clearing cache, rebooting, uploading/downloading files)
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic troubleshooting skills are a must (e.g., clearing cache, rebooting, uploading/downloading files)
  • Experience: No specific experience required, but a love for meeting new people is a plus!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

* Age: 18 years or older

  • Location: Must live in the U.S.
  • Equipment: Laptop or desktop (no Mac), USB headset, and a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable required)
  • Tech Skills: Must know how to handle basic tech support tasks like rebooting, clearing cookies, and sending screenshots
  • 6 months remote or 1 year brick and mortar call center experience
