Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries and concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and improve processes

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor analysis, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, tourism, business) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; travel industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and industry trends

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., Certified Travel Agent Specialist)
