Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Relations Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers via live chat, email, and text. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and thoughtful manner
