Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image, both online and offline
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service operations

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
