Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to clinicians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor. You'll also have the opportunity to enhance your customer care skills, work with a talented team, and advance your career within the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians

  • Provide empathetic and professional assistance in a variety of situations, including high-pressure and emotional calls
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and composed demeanor
  • Enhance your customer care skills through training and support
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other team members to ensure seamless communication and care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 18+ years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (holidays required, paid at time + ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
  • Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software

Compensation and Benefits
