Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat and Email Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer inquiries through live chat and email promptly and professionally
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues with covered products
  • Documenting customer interactions in the company's support system for future reference
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved
  • Staying updated on product information and service offerings to provide accurate support

Essential Qualifications
