Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including fingerprints, personal investigations, and background checks
- Collaborate with the HR Consistency group to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TSA, airport security, and U.S. Customs
- Process and analyze data from various sources, including FBI fingerprints, to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct high-level analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the use of tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including TSA, airport security, and U.S. Customs
- Experience with fingerprinting and background check processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities
