Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative (Seasonal, Healthcare)

As a Customer Service Representative (Seasonal, Healthcare) working from home, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Helping customers with healthcare needs, such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
  • Resolving routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting (inbound or outbound calls, email, or chat support)
