Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and professional support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Providing support and guidance to customers throughout their online shopping experience
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications
