  • Upselling and promoting our products and services to customers as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience (although this is not essential)
  • Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • The ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • The ability to stay composed and objective, even in challenging situations
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
