arenaflex's World Wide Customer Service (CS) organization is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences across the globe. To support this vision, we're seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to join our Global CS Compliance team. As a Compliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our operations, administration, and technology meet the highest standards of compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to lead our Global CS Compliance team in validating compliance across our Global CS Network. As a Compliance Manager, you'll work independently but collaborate with our global team to perform risk assessments, deliver high-quality compliance and operational performance audits, and drive business results. Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Working independently but collaborating with our global CS Compliance team to perform risk assessments and deliver high-quality, high-impact compliance and operational performance audits across our Global CS Network.
- Planning and scoping audit projects, executing program plans, preparing written findings, and facilitating business responses and action items.
- Diving deep into the details to develop meaningful findings and recommend root cause remediation.
- Delivering recommendations and risk interpretations in a clear, concise, and audience-specific format.
- Developing actions for remediation of audit findings, tracking status, and collecting evidence to support the closure of each action.
- Facilitating multiple third-party stakeholders to agree on appropriate solutions and verifying that risks are mitigated appropriately.
- Preparing reports to present to senior stakeholders.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for stakeholder groups with respect to arenaflex, physical security, and social responsibility policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Leveraging domain expertise and collaborating with internal leaders to identify new/emerging risks and modify the compliance program scope appropriately to test associated controls.
- Traveling up to 30% (domestic and international) to support audit projects and stakeholder meetings.
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Strong business judgment and executive presence.
- Ability to drive a fast-paced organization to the right results.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials.
- Experience with SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
