Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our leading cruise line clients. You will be working from home, using the Arise Platform to interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise travel-related topics
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with cruise lines or travel industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
