We're looking for a Live Chat and Email Support Agent who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through live chat and email interactions. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously via live chat and email
• Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Utilizing phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
• Processing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure financial integrity
• Conducting outbound calling campaigns to promote our products or services and drive business growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous, but not required
• Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
