Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients with their healthcare plans, answering questions, and providing guidance on medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications
