Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to arenaflex products and services, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Developing and updating support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides, to improve the efficiency of the support process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, power systems, and semiconductor technologies.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a clear and concise style.
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to work across different time zones if needed.
