Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for arenaflex Cloud adoption among our clients. You'll collaborate with clients and partners to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise will help drive the success of arenaflex Cloud, ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals and realize the full potential of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead comprehensive technical discovery, and develop client solutions that meet their needs

  • Lead technical projects, provide technology support, and coordinate the delivery of technical assets, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and RFI response documents
  • Develop and deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, and RFI response documents
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, stages, and application frameworks to deliver a comprehensive solution that enhances the effectiveness of the arenaflex Cloud Platform
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and events as required

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance

  • Experience designing mobile applications using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant technologies
  • Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service mesh, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space

Skills and Competencies

* Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, software development, and networking

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
