Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and secure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering and updating customer information into our database
• Managing and maintaining customer records to ensure all data is current and correct
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Essential Qualifications
