Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging complex data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and deploying models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering
• Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
• Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
• Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and analysts to develop their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
• Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data engineering tools and technologies
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with data warehousing and data lake technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering

• Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies
• Experience in reinforcement learning and healthcare applications
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration and delivery pipelines
