What You'll Do in This Role

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends

Essential Qualifications
