Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound calls and responding to emails and other forms of communication. You will also have the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to emails and other forms of communication from members

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Help members navigate their healthcare plans and make informed decisions about their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Ability to work from home, with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare plans and benefits
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
