Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level Online Live Chat Specialist to join our customer support team, providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. As an Online Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to team members as needed
  • Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and addressing concerns in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

* 0-1 year of experience in customer service or support

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
