Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Helping customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns
  • Ensuring the appropriateness of social media content
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Working rotational shifts as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
