Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, demonstrating a customer-centric attitude and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed decisions about our energy services.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring that customer transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, working closely with our sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • A strong customer service attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required); flexibility and adaptability are essential for this role.
