The Role

As an Experienced Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via our software. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers via chat, build trust, and encourage them to place an order. You'll have the autonomy to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system. To ensure seamless follow-up and conversion, each lead will be assigned to a sales manager who will call and follow up with customers via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via chat, building trust and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
