What you'll do

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and/or services, including:

+ Smartphones + Tablets + Computers + Portable devices

  • A knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology, is preferred
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Your qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. The other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home environment
  • Rapid multitasking skills
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and Internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
