Job Summary

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, capturing and validating complex data, and utilizing various systems to work on assigned tasks. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and maintain high productivity levels. Key Responsibilities

* Capture and validate complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms

• Image classification and indexing of documents
• Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools
• Utilize various systems to work on assigned tasks
• Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work
• Work within established procedures and practices
• Work under close supervision to ensure accuracy and productivity

Requirements

* Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rate
• Maintain or exceed 4,000 ksph for numeric, and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred
• Experience working through VPN connection
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings

• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
