Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Administrative Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into our databases and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information
  • Verifying data and ensuring its accuracy and completeness
  • Reviewing and updating information in the database regularly
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all data
  • Resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our databases, and you must be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail to achieve this goal.
  • Strong computer skills: You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as other computer systems and databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills: You will be working independently with minimal supervision, and you must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your work effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: You will be collaborating with other team members, and you must be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with your colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • LIHTC knowledge: While not required, knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is helpful, as you will be working with data related to this program.
  • Microsoft Excel experience: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred, as you will be using this software to perform data entry and analysis tasks.

Schedule

As a Full Stack Administrative Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be working a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to be available and responsive during working hours, and you will be required to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy throughout your shift.

Location

While arenaflex is a remote organization, you will be required to work from a location in Saint George, UT. You must be able to commute to a designated workspace or work from a home office in this location.
