Experienced Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk – Remote Administrative Support

Job Summary

As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our remote team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and employees, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain full knowledge of the IT department structure, knowing which leaders oversee each team

  • Sort, scan, and distribute mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex campus and satellite locations
  • Manage postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized
  • Set up IT meetings and remove set up once the meeting convenes
  • Create and replace ID badges for IT employees
  • Support coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges
  • Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Comply with arenaflex privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma / GED required

  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge

Physical Requirements

* Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties

  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another
  • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs
