Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a positive team member working toward a common company goal

  • Meet department standards and expectations for quality and production
  • Efficiently leverage tools and technology to support resolution of issues
  • Work with partner departments to resolve customer issues
  • Actively participate in and support the learning process

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 – 2 years' prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work within timeframes, and meet deadlines, while being self-motivated, detailed, and organized
  • Capacity to recognize and maintain confidentiality
  • Aptitude to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the health and benefits industry

  • Knowledge of health plans and benefits administration
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
