Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing guest and reservation inquiries, responding to messages, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinating with our housekeeping team to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests
  • Arranging amenities and services for our guests, such as concierge services, transportation, and local recommendations
  • Processing reservations, updating property information, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues with a high sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities

* Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries, messages, and reviews in a timely and efficient manner + Resolve guest issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction + Process reservations, updates, and cancellations, maintaining accurate records

  • Virtual Property Management:

+ Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests + Arrange amenities and services for our guests, such as concierge services, transportation, and local recommendations + Update property information, including descriptions, photos, and amenities

  • Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:

+ Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties + Ensure that properties are clean and ready for guests, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness

Success Metrics

* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries, ensuring that guests receive timely and accurate information

  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, aiming to respond within 3 hours or ASAP
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience with arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a vacation rental or hotel environment

  • Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in the English language
  • Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple technology platforms and learning new technologies as needed
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Airbnb customer service, including managing guest inquiries and resolving issues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple technology platforms and changing priorities
