Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information on the Amazon platform. You'll work closely with our e-commerce team to monitor and report on key performance indicators, learn and adapt to changes in Amazon's policies and algorithms, and contribute to the ongoing development of our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry and Product Listing Creation: Accurately and efficiently enter product information onto the Amazon platform, ensuring that all listings are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Product Listing Optimization: Regularly review and update existing product listings to ensure that they remain accurate, relevant, and competitive in the market.
- Collaboration with the E-commerce Team: Work closely with our e-commerce team to ensure that all product information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, and to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product listings, including sales, customer reviews, and product visibility.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Amazon's Policies and Algorithms: Continuously learn and adapt to changes in Amazon's policies and algorithms, and apply this knowledge to improve our e-commerce operations and product listings.
Qualifications
• No Prior Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we welcome applications from individuals with varying levels of education and experience.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy: You must be able to accurately and efficiently enter product information, and ensure that all listings are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity with E-commerce Platforms: Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are a plus, but not required.
- Self-Motivated and Able to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision.
