As a Remote Live Chat Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media pages, responding to customer inquiries, and providing sales support to potential buyers. Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media pages, responding to customer inquiries and providing sales support to potential buyers

  • Answer incoming inquiries from customers via live chat, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer queries
