Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact with donors, schedule appointments, and provide education on automated donation procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, confidentiality, and integrity in all communication with donors. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Calling donors on assigned lists to gain commitment for donation
  • Meeting calls per hour standards
  • Following scripts and talking points as directed
  • Leaving quality recorded messages with accurate information
  • Scheduling donor procedure appointments in accordance with donor commitment
  • Consistently meeting all monthly performance metrics
  • Recording information in a neat, accurate, and timely manner
  • Making follow-up and reminder calls
  • Answering incoming calls, routing, and assisting callers as appropriate
  • Educating donors about automated donation procedures to gain commitment for donation through an automated procedure
  • Consistently maintaining a high level of customer service in all outbound or inbound calls with a pleasant attitude and appropriate follow-up on concerns and requests
  • Maintaining confidentiality with regard to all medical and other private donor, client, and business information
  • Maintaining and updating donor call profiles through accurate data entry
  • Routing medical questions through appropriate channels
  • Maintaining a high standard of integrity and confidence in all communication with donors
  • Complying with all applicable compliance, safety directives, and regulations
  • Assisting in the training of paid and volunteer staff when needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pleasant voice and professional manner required
  • One year previous experience in customer service or telemarketing position preferred
  • Flexibility to work unscheduled or long hours in response to a crisis or special blood needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate to the public over the phone
