Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and approach in providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Attending all departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay updated on products and services
  • Reporting to work daily and being ready to work at the scheduled start time
  • Performing any other duties that may be requested by your supervisor or management
  • Remaining knowledgeable about all products and services offered by arenaflex
  • Maintaining a professional, safe, and clean work environment
  • Meeting minimum monthly goals and exceeding expectations
  • Scheduling varying start times to accommodate customer needs
  • Demonstrating fundamental computer skills and adapting to new technologies

Essential Qualifications
