A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and medical office personnel on behalf of our clients. You'll work with multiple client programs, transitioning between various ones throughout your day, and receive incoming inquiries and make proactive outreach via phone, email, or chat. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and professionalism will turn every interaction into a positive one, ensuring that our clients feel confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, or chat

• Work with multiple client programs, transitioning between various ones throughout your day
• Receive incoming inquiries and make proactive outreach to clients
• Utilize medical terminology and knowledge to resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of customer service or call center experience
• Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
• Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule:

* Flexible work schedules for full-time call center positions

• Full-time employees can expect to work 38-40 hours per week
• At least one weekend day is required
• This is a work-from-home call center position
