Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Advanced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Insights and Analytics group, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business clients, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, in a single, unified platform. This role is essential to the expansion of our real-time features in the US, and we're looking for someone with a passion for using large datasets to tackle complex business challenges.

Work Synopsis

Our Data Insights and Analytics group utilizes data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and other tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We're committed to gaining a deeper understanding of audience patterns, behaviors, and preferences across the entire customer journey. As an Advanced Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on audience development but also become a trusted thought partner, helping to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges related to audience patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions * Help create a continuous pipeline of audience intelligence, ensuring that all stakeholders have a steady stream of actionable insights * Conduct comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every conceivable angle * Define and investigate audience segments to drive audience growth * Work with other Analytics teams to gather and integrate relevant audience data from various sources, distilling insights into a clear, compelling narrative * Develop and maintain complex data models, statistical analyses, and other quantitative methodologies to inform business decisions

Fundamental Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study, along with relevant work experience * At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Ability to manage large datasets, interpret data patterns, and leverage multiple data sources and tools * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals * Capacity to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data * Familiarity with creating, executing, and analyzing complex A/B testing builds

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Advertising industry
