Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent – Financial Planning and Recruitment Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our team by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering financial plans to our clients, and expanding the reach of our company through calls and appointments with potential clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent – Financial Planning and Recruitment Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of our company
  • Conducting appointments with potential clients to discuss financial plans and products
  • Becoming fluent in financial products and obtaining necessary licenses (Life and Series 6, with options to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
  • Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Developing new hires into key team members through coaching and mentorship
  • Creating and delivering financial plans to our clients to meet their financial goals
  • Expanding the reach of our company through outreach and marketing efforts

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on financial literacy and education
