Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a customer-centric mindset

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
