Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
- Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently while portraying our high standards of customer support
- Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, share best practices, and address any challenges
