About the Role
As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing empathetic and effective support via email, phone, and chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
- Modifying and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels
- Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
- Being the advocate for customers and handling a high volume of customer support requests
- Utilizing CRM/support tool experience to troubleshoot problems and answer questions
Requirements
To become a freelance Chat Support Specialist on arenaflex, you must:
- Be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection
- Have no prior experience, but prior experience is preferred
Preferred Skills
While not required, the following skills will make you a strong candidate:
- Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
- 1 year of chat support experience preferred
- CRM/support tool experience a plus
