Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues.
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues that you're not equipped to deal with, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues, demonstrating a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, to help us refine our products and services.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, even in high-pressure situations.

  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they're introduced, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field being advantageous.
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous, but is not a requirement.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
