Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and efficient responses to emails, phone calls, and live chat requests. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner, addressing questions and issues related to their orders
• Handling approximately 30-45 phone calls per day, providing clear and concise answers to customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to their orders
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Providing first-level support to customers, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
• Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong customer service skills, with experience in handling phone calls and responding to emails
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets)
• Strong problem-solving ability, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Past phone or call center experience is a plus, but not required
