Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our automotive dealer clients' products and services, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with our clients, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
* Providing accurate information about the products and services via online chat
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Some of the essential qualifications include:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask (preferred), with gaming experience being a plus
