Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online community. Your primary duties will include:
- Monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our Discord server to ensure compliance with our community guidelines
- Deleting messages that violate our rules and regulations
- Banning users who repeatedly disregard our community standards
- Muting users who have violated our rules
- Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
Key Responsibilities
* Moderate user-generated content on our Discord server to maintain a positive and respectful environment
- Enforce community guidelines and rules, taking necessary actions to address rule violations
- Investigate reports from users and take prompt action to resolve issues
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community management strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to users
- Stay up-to-date with community trends and best practices to ensure our community remains engaging and inclusive
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
